Return Policy

At Crown Luxury Resale, all items are sold as-is and all sales are final.


Refunds will only be issued if an item is faulty or damaged at the time of purchase or delivery. Each item is carefully inspected before sale; however, we do not provide a guarantee of workmanship. Any repairs needed after purchase are the sole responsibility of the new owner.


We do, however, provide a 100% authenticity guarantee on all items sold through Crown Luxury Resale.


Return Policy for Items Shipped:

For items that are shipped, customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery if an item arrives faulty or damaged. If approved, the item must be shipped back according to the return instructions provided by our team.

Return Policy In Store Purchases:

All in-store purchases are final sale. Refunds will only be considered if an item is faulty or damaged at the time of purchase. Items must be returned within 48 hours of the original purchase date.


Final Sale: 

All clearance and final sale items are not eligible for refunds, exchanges, or store credit.
